Jayshree Timeline

YEAR 1986 - 96
Mr Patel, the founder, Worked as an employee, supporting staff and assistant to various chemical companies in Ankleshwar. Got an in depth experience in production and technology for pigment, disperse dyes and reactive dyes (Remazol).
YEAR 1997
Inception of Jayshree industries at Ankleshwar by Hasmukhbhai Patel.
Started manufacturing of Sodium Nitrite and Sodium Nitrate from recovered solution
YEAR 1998
Started manufacturing Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Acetate, Benzyl Acetate, Benzyl Benzoate and Benzyl Alcohol.
YEAR 1999
Started manufacturing Cinnamic Aldehyde and Benzyl Salicylate. Started contract manufacturing of Ionone and Benzyl derivatives for leading F&F companies of India.
YEAR 2000
Exhibited products of Jayshree industries for the first time at FAFAI, Jaipur, India.
YEAR 2002
Acquired adjacent manufacturing plot for expansion.
YEAR 2003
Expanded capacity for derivatives at adjacent plot acquired.
YEAR 2004
Acquired land for corporate office building. Added in products and expanded the facility to 200 MT/month.
YEAR 2007
Acquired another facility at adjacent site and created large single site for all the products at Ankleshwar Expanded production capacity for Benzyl Acetate to 250 MT/month started chlorination reaction at the site.
YEAR 2008
Production capacity expansion for derivatives plant. Capacity expansion for Hydrogenation. Became 100% EOU (Export Oriented Unit).
YEAR 2009
Mr. Hasmukh Patel became chairman of Industrial Association of Ankleshwar.
YEAR 2010
Expansion and stabilisation of chlorination plant. Expanded total capacity to 600 MT/month.
YEAR 2011
Acquired GI / metal drum manufacturing unit Jrd Steelpac pvt ltd.
YEAR 2012
Established marketing office at Vadodara.
YEAR 2015
Further expansion of derivatives plant and renovation of utility section.
YEAR 2016
Set-up of 11000 sqft R&D centre and pilot plant.
YEAR 2017
Production capacity expansion for PEA derivatives, Cinanmyl derivatives, Citral derivatives and Benzyl derivatives.
YEAR 2018
Inaugurated new plant for Phenyl Ethyl Alcohol, got ISO 22000:2005 certified and got FAMI-QS certificate for Cinnamic Aldehyde.
YEAR 2022
Installed 6 new distillation columns, increasing total capacity by 25 MT.

Installed 4 new hydrogenation vessels, increasing total capacity by 16 MT.

Installed Agilent GC with ALS and Agilent GCMS with HAS and ALS for identification, quantification and analysis of residual solvents.

Inaugurated new head office.

Acquired 40000 SQ Meter land in Dahej GIDC for expansion.
YEAR 2023-2025
Tripled the production capacity of Benzyl Chloride and Benzaldehyde, enhancing the capacity for their derivatives as well.

Inaugurated new QC lab.

Installed new multi effect evaporator plant and RO plant for water treatment and reuse.

RESEARCH &
DEVELOPMENT

The R & D department is led by our promoter himself with a team of dedicated and  talented professionals who aggressively drives new product development as well as process innovations and improvements.

A multi-purpose pilot plant enables scaling up of new products and processes from grams to kilograms. The adjoining commercial plant is equipped with various reactors of different sizes and supporting vacuum distillation facilities enables further scale up from kilograms to multiple tons of a wide variety of products.

Jayshree has so far achieved the growth mainly on account of mouth publicity by its Customers on account of its Quality of goods & services. The Quality Policy of the Company is the guiding principle in its day to day operations. It maintains a well quipped Laboratory and related records for Quality Control.

The Company's products are KOSHER certified and the company also follows the system of HACCP.
